I can see how someone could glamorize his complete and utter "I did it and don't care, so fuck you" presentation in the court room (kind of reminds me of Natural Born Killers-mentality), however, the personality disorders that are likely the root of it are riddled with rage, envy, and shame
Wow...... of all the things he could of said thats proablythe most fucked for that situation.. dude is def getting killed in prison
He'll last about as long as Dahmer did. His attitude alone will get him "accidentally impaled on a broken broomstick". Maybe he lives awhile if they put him in protective custody from day 1, but it's unlikely he's got long to live. Someone is going to be a prison hero.
This IS the type of situation where the guards "somehow" don't catch what happened when he's bled out in his cell or whatever. Like I said before, the attitude this scumbag has is going to get him buried despite being in protective custody. There's always a way.
Yeah, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure not every prison in America is like what you see in movies and purposefully intense documentaries.
I have a friend I play pool with that retired after 20 years in military police followed by 11 years in California department of corrections. he worked in a couple different super max prisons including Chino and San Quentin. he's told me about shit he's seen that will churn your stomach. in the 11 years he worked in prisons, he said he's seen 17 people bleed out and die right in front of him, and thousands get sliced up, patched up, and thrown back out on the yard. according to him, the max security prisons are worse than a lot of people think, and make what you see on Lockup look tame.
I would assume so. But with being convicted of a crime of this magnitude and receiving 3 consecutive life sentences without parole (plus several other charges), he's most likely going to a super max prison. They'll probably put him in the segregated housing unit, but even then you're not untouchable. The only way to make him untouchable is to put him in solitary confinement, which is pretty much torture on the human mind. He will probably end up getting killed or killing himself.
