I'm grilling spare ribs today, experimenting with using Chinese mustard in my mopping sauce. I also took the rib tips and put some duck sauce on them in addition to the rub. I'm sure it will be great, because I am great.....and I wanted to use all the leftover sauce packets from my Christmas dinner.

We made pulled pork in the slow cooker the other day and it turned out really good. There's still some left over so I'm gonna make pulled pork eggs benny shortly. Never made hollandaise sauce before so we'll see how that goes.

Hollandaise turned out really good, better than I've had at some diners in the city. I whisked the shit out of that sauce.

Me and the gf are gonna go see the huge Christmas light display at the zoo tonight. Our previous two attempts to go were foiled so hopefully third time's a charm.
