Ever since I was a teenager growing up in a small town in Maine, I was in love with Tool. Their videos were amazing. The music touched me and the lyrics made me strive to understand the deepness in which they spoke. To me, this band pushed what could be mainstream. Maynard's voice is just plain amazing so I always want to like his new releases but unfortunately I haven't gotten into anything since ├ćnima. A Perfect Circle was boring to me despite loving every member in the band. Puscifer in the past has disappointed me but really isn't aiming to please anyone but the members of the band.

Of course a new EP comes out and I need to check it out. It starts off with a really faithful version of Bohemian Rhapsody. Follows the original pretty well with no real addition from the band which isn't necessarily a bad thing. There is also a cover of a band called Accept that I had never heard of before. This song was not very enjoyable to me and really could not get into. As the ep progresses I realized that this was no different from the previous releases I had heard. The music just didn't impress me and I really wished it was a Tool album.

After multiple listens of this band I just can't get into them. From what I have read, it is his pet project and I can't hold it against him for making music he wants to make but I also don't have to like it.
