Hey there! How are you..? I'm fine... I'm finishing school next week... can't wait... although because of the strike we're finishing a month later than normally. Well... it's pretty hot here in quebec in the summer... probably not as hot as where you are. Meh... I like don't mind snow and cold weather in the winter... so I'm happy with all the seasons. I already miss snowboarding ;) And how are things with you? Do you like Haste the day? I know it's a bit more hardcore than the other stuff you listen to. You should check out Circa Survive... School sucks! I'm still not back in school... the strike just keeps going on and on... I think this is the 5th week. I should start up soon though.. I hope... I'll end up losing like a month of vacation this summer though. Anyway.. yeah I've heard of Straylight Run, it's pretty good actually ;) You gonna go to the Warped tour this summer? I don't know who's going to be playing in TX, but up here it'll be pretty kickass.. can't wait.. even Mae will play ;) Take care!
Hey there.. it's been a while. We're on strike here in quebec, so I haven't had school in like 3 weeks. Since I have no job... I do pretty much what I want, when I want.. which is nice, but it's getting old ;) Anyway, I thought you might like Copeland - Brightest. I loove that song. Hehe... Well I don't know what bands you know... But judging by what you like, I'm sure you'd like Emery or Copeland. Oh and Mae is amazing... the guy's voice is weird at the beginning but when you get used to it... it's just awesome ;) "This time is the last time" I never get sick of it... ! Haha, see, the thing is, i don't know what part of Texas he is from, eeeep! I talk to him on MSN and all i know about where he lives is that it's in Texas haha. He's tall and has glasses, and short blonde/brown hair, maybe that will help hehe. And you play stand-up bass, that is so cool! I love people that play non-conventional instruments, is it hard to play??? Anyway, i'll add you to my friend list too, i only have one other person there :P
Hehe, yeah, they're the Australian band with the stand-up bass, right? I haven't actually heard them yet, but i'll def try to give them a listen sometime. Wow, just noticed you're from Texas haha Do you know a dude called Davis???
Hehe, well we don't have anything like the Warped Tour over here which kinda sucks, but i know plenty about it and have two of the DVDs, woooooop! The closest thing we have is a yearly thing called Deconstruction in England, which is this massive all-day punk show with like 10 or 15 bands, hopefully me and my friend are going this year, it'll be a badass road trip down south! :P Aww, that sucks about Jimmy though, i say just ditch school and go! I've seen them before and they're awesome live, don't miss them because of some crappy state education :P
Haha, aww i love The City Has Sex, it sounded like a badass show. Only show i've been to recently was Taking Back Sunday with My Chemical Romance last month, but in March i've got loads; Jimmy Eat World; Straylight Run; Converge; Planes Mistaken For Stars and in April MCR are coming back over, so it'll be the fourth time i've seen them. They never stop touring haha It's awesome. I was meant to be seeing Bright Eyes but it's an over-18 show and photo ID is needed at the doors, so yeah, can't go :( hehe.

Well not in a while. I saw Beastie Boys a few months ago. Other than that, only local shows, which are really good, but you wouldn't know of them... And how about you?
lol. around here there's a country music channel and they always talk about texas. But it's like the most useless channel, I've never seen anyone watch it. Not that I'm implying that country is useless or anything.. ;)
